No. The transition is relocating the physical space of the school, but the integrity of the program, including the unique cohort model, where cadets have mostly separate classes will remain the same.
Cadets will still have access to JGHS athletics programs, AP courses, dual enrollment courses, CTE pathways, and other elective courses with the general JGHS students as they do now. In addition to the courses offered at Glenn, cadets will also have access to Community Schools, GEAR UP, the Wellness Center, and Margaret’s Place, which are all housed on the JGHS campus.
The difference is that they will not have to cross the street in order to participate in these courses or to access these shared resources.
